FIRST STATE SUPER

The recently completed new office fitout for First State Super, located at 570 Bourke St Melbourne, was a fast paced build designed to meet the requirements of the well-established corporate client. The coordinated design and documentation process between Futurespace and Compass Engineering Group set the pace for a smoothly delivered construction program overseen by Jones Lang LaSalle.

Product solution used in the sleek curves of the feature lighting was not extrusion – instead a custom fabrication using a high quality flexible silicone range, manufactured by LUXCONEX and distributed nationally by DARKON, as the light source.

SR CONTOUR LM10 provides an easy means of delivering curved linear light, cost effectively and with short lead time. This product is available in a full range of colour temperatures delivering 1,000lm/m as well as RGB and RGB-W, in lengths up to 10m from a single 24V feed.
