GO1 EMIRATES HOUSE

Hallmarc’s headquarters occupy levels 14 and 15 of Emirates House Melbourne, a prominent 15-storey office building at 257 Collins Street. As the building owner, Hallmarc was tasked with a fit-out for new tenant Go1 on Level 8. Go1, an Australian-founded global leader in online learning, offers extensive educational resources and training programs worldwide.

The project deviated from the typical commercial process, as Hallmarc managed the entire design and construction internally—without external consultants. With in-house teams handling architecture, interior design, construction, project management, operations, and asset management, the project benefited from a faster design and review process, greater control, and uncompromised quality.

DARKON was recommended to the client by electrical contractor, Sean Boxshall, for supply of all the lighting solutions required by his team, the Boxshall Group, ensuring a seamless installation to complement Go1’s innovative office environment.
