CENITEX

Dexus purchased the recently completed 80 Collins Street precinct including the 162-metre high office tower, formerly known as Nauru House, completed in 1977, when it was Melbourne’s tallest building. The building is now headquarters for major tenants including the Minister of Finance and Cenitex.

Cenitex is a Government organisation which provides shared Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services, enabling the departments, agencies and over 46,000 public servants it works with to deliver services for the Victorian community.

A fitout of 5 levels of the Cenitex tenancy was recently completed by Multiplex with lighting inclusions coordinated by Aston Consulting Group and architect, PTID. The sweeping curves of MRS T RADII soften the interior geometry and complement the architectural design neatly. Electrical works were expertly executed by contractors Ion Electrical, including installation of the AMBIENT RING pendant which floats above the circular reception desk adding a subtle decorative element to the entry foyer.
