ALPHINGTON RESIDENCE

DARKON designed, fabricated and delivered a suite of fully bespoke lighting elements for this contemporary residential project, carefully integrated to complement the architectural language and material palette of the home. Manufactured locally, each component was developed to respond precisely to the scale and intent of the residence, including a discreet outdoor kitchen task-lighting solution using adjustable DRAGON EYE mini spotlights.

A custom dining pendant, fabricated from antique bronzed brass, forms a sculptural centrepiece above the dining setting. Precision engineered and finely detailed, the piece balances functional illumination with a strong spatial presence. Complementing this feature, a custom linear extrusion incorporating BARREL adjustable spotlights introduces clean architectural lighting, reinforcing form while maintaining a restrained visual expression. SELECT C downlights, specified with varying optics, provide layered illumination through a combination of accent and ambient light tailored to each zone.

The project demonstrates DARKON’s ability to translate bespoke architectural concepts into refined, precision-built lighting solutions through collaborative design and advanced fabrication.
