HIGHPOINT HOMELANE REFURBISHMENT

The Highpoint Homelane Repositioning Project underwent a comprehensive transformation aimed at elevating both the retail mix and public spaces to a best-in-class standard. This project seamlessly integrated modernizations of tenancy facades and shopfronts with enhancements to the adjacent public realm.

The extensive hard and soft landscaping package included new exposed aggregate and paving, meticulously designed with inground curved strip lighting supplied by Darkon with installation by Elekron and commisioning by Clear Control. This feature allows for thematic adaptations for various events throughout the year, infusing bursts of vibrant dynamic color into the main plaza entrance.

The iconic “Family sculpture” by Deborah Halpern, previously located in the food court, underwent refurbishment and relocation to the updated landscaped area. All sculptural elements are elegantly uplit using RGBW inground uplights manufactured by Lumascape.

Designed by architect Hames Sharley in collaboration with Bridge42 for The GPT Group, this comprehensive renovation has modernised and harmonised the entire Homelane streetscape.
