This multi-tenanted A grade commercial office building located within the vibrant VGC precinct is home to Ansell, Nova Entertainment, Fenix Restaurant & Allity.

The architecturally designed building captures the light and celebrates its natural surroundings on the bank of the Yarra River. Combining strong masonry elements against a contrasting aluminum façade.

Lighting designers Glowing Structures collaborated with DARKON to fabricate the feature chandelier spanning the multi-level foyer void, providing a strong statement piece for visitors upon arrival. The chandelier is comprised of custom made and over sized AMBIENT RINGS with an opulent anodised gold outer band.
